The KORG Module series of iOS apps are equipped with a professional-grade sound library and can be used in the studio, for music lessons and when working live. The new sound pack "Space Western” is now available. Also it features KORG's proprietary "SST (Smooth Sound Transition)" which allows for seamless sound switching during performances without any audio dropouts, ensuring a natural transition between sounds. This function is available for those who own the Module Performance Expansion.

Additionally, it supports "MIDI 2.0 Property Exchange", expanding musical possibilities and enabling seamless integration with Keystage*. The combination of Keystage and KORG Module is ideal for live performances and studio production, providing the ultimate performance experience.

New Sound Pack Added

Space Western

An atmospheric walk through a sandy alien world where conflict is around the corner and you may be swept up in adventure! A collection of performances and samples inspired by famous wild soundtracks featuring aggressive woodwinds, percussion, piano, basses and more. Add unique character to your music and get lost in your exploration. This sound pack is a re-edit for KORG Module that was originally created for KORG wavestate.

You can also use your expansion sound pack via the Fairbanks in KORG Gadget 3 and by using Module as an AUv3 plugin in DAW software, such as Logic Pro and Garageband, to add more variety to your music production. Via the in-app store you can try a free 7 day trial version of Space Western and get to know its beautiful sound.

Support for SST (Smooth Sound Transition)*

The Module Performance Expansion now includes KORG's proprietary SST (Smooth Sound Transition) feature, which eliminates audio dropouts during sound changes. This ensures that when switching to a new sound during performance, the previous sound is prioritized and the transition occurs smoothly without any interruption.

Support for MIDI 2.0 Property Exchange

KORG Module now supports MIDI 2.0 Property Exchange, which are also implemented in Keystage. Property Exchange allows communication with other devices to link sound and parameter information. By simply connecting KORG Module and Keystage, sound and parameter information will instantly be displayed on Keystage, enabling you to start performing or producing right away. Editing either device will keep the operation fully synchronized.
